Additional insights within card dashboards​

To help you identify and re-engage inactive cardholders, we have added additional data points and filters to the Managed Cards dashboard in Data Insights.

The new fields have been added in the Details table, including:

  • Had Authorisation(s)? – Indicates whether a card has ever had an authorisation.

  • `# Days Since Last Authorisation – Shows how many days have passed since the last authorisation on the card.

  • Physical Delivery Address – An additional field from which cards can be identified and grouped.

New filters have also been made available for the new fields, including “No Authorisations Since Last X Days”. This filter returns cards with no authorisations greater than or equal to the number of days entered.

Physical Delivery Address has also been introduced as a new field and filter within the details tab of the Physical Cards dashboard for improved visibility.
