Managed Card Fees
With Weavr, you can earn revenue from your customers for using your services. To set up fees for certain actions, go to the Multi Portal > Settings page and find card profile configuration.
Supported Fees
You can configure the system to take the following fees for you from your customers’ cards whenever the related transactions are triggered.
| Fee | Description |
|---|---|
| Purchase fee | The system takes a fee from the card for every purchase registered on the card |
| Forex fee | The system takes a fee from the card for every purchase that involves foreign exchange (e.g. a cardholder uses an EUR card to make a purchase at a merchant who accepts USD); the percentage is calculated on the basis of the purchase amount |
| Refund fee | The system takes a fee from the card for every purchase refund received on the card; this fee is taken in addition to the purchase fee |
| ATM withdrawal fee | The system takes a fee from the card for every ATM withdrawal transaction |

Fees are taken on a best-effort basis. The system will take the fees for you only if there are enough funds on the card (if the card’s balance will not become negative after taking the fee).
Fee Configuration
Weavr allows you to set up fees using different fee types.
| Fee Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Flat | The system charges a fixed amount for every transaction/event |
| Percentage | The system charges a percentage of the transaction amount for every transaction/event |
| Plus | The system charges both a fixed amount and a percentage amount for every transaction/event |
| Min | The system charges either a fixed amount or a percentage amount, whichever one is lower |
| Max | The system charges either a fixed amount or a percentage amount, whichever one is higher |
