Account Configuration

Learn how to configure the behaviour of the accounts you create for your customers.

To configure accounts that you create, use account profiles. You can update your account profiles on the Multi Portal > Settings page.

Weavr must review and approve all account profile configuration in the Sandbox environment before you can push it to the Live environment.

Supported Currencies

You must select currencies that your customers can use when they create accounts. Currently supported currencies are: GBP, EUR, and USD. In the account profile, you can select multiple currencies, but you must choose one currency when you create an account.
