Buyer Configuration
Learn how to configure the behaviour of the customers you onboard.
You can update your buyer configuration on the Portal > Settings page.
Weavr must review and approve all configuration in the Sandbox environment before you can push it to the Live environment.
Please contact our support team to update the configuration of your Live application.
Authentication
Your customers need to authenticate with Weavr to access, and manage Payment Runs and Suppliers. Read the authentication guide for more information.
Email communications
Weavr sends emails to your onboarded buyers to:
- Invite them to set up their credentials
- Provide them with a link to reset their password (if they forgot their password)
- Verify their email address
- Initiate KYC for directors
- Alert when the password has been changed
Sender email address
You can configure the email address that Weavr uses as the sender email when sending emails to your customers. You can do this on the Portal > Settings > buyer page.

Application base URL
Email communications may include a URL that leads to your application. For email links to work, you need to configure your application’s base URL. You can configure your application’s base URL on the Portal > Settings > Buyer page.
