Users assigned with the Controller role can now retrieve payment runs

We have updated the Controller role permissions so that a user that is assigned this role can retrieve payment runsPayment RunA list of payments created by Buyers to settle their outstanding financial obligations with their suppliers. Payment runs are typically managed by the accounts payable function within a business on a periodic basis and go through stages of creation, authorisation, funding, and execution..

Previously, if the view all payment runs and/or view a payment run where called by a user that has the Controller role, the endpoints would have returned an HTTP 403 error.

Following this change, the two endpoints will start returning the corresponding payment runsPayment RunA list of payments created by Buyers to settle their outstanding financial obligations with their suppliers.
