Go live
You integrate and test your app in a sandbox environment before going live and onboarding real customers. Going live is a Weavr-led process: our team reviews your configuration and integration, and we are the ones who approve and promote your app to Live.
To go live, you work with Weavr through the following steps:
- Complete the project application form that your Weavr account manager shares with you, and return it to Weavr for review.
- Complete your business verification (KYBKYB Know Your Business - the identity verification process for corporate identities. This process allows you to seamlessly and securely verify your business customer's identity. Weavr will ask users to submit the necessary information and documentation so that they can get approved by financial providers.) with Weavr.
- Submit your app to Weavr for review so we can check that your configuration and integration follow our guidelines.
Set up your app configuration (for example, user authentication) in the Sandbox environment first, so that Weavr can review and approve it before promoting it to Live.
Contact an expert to start this process and request the project application form.
Once you complete these steps and Weavr approves your submission, we promote your app to the Live environment.
You cannot modify your app configuration directly in the Live environment. Instead, you make changes in the Sandbox environment, Weavr reviews and approves them, and then we promote them to Live.
Charges apply for every promotion to the Live environment.
