"Identities" are now "Customers"

We used to refer to the representation of your customer in the Weavr system as an identity. We now just call them a customer. The two mean the same thing — you may still see identity in some API fields and older pages.

A corporate represents a legal business entity, such as a limited company, partnership, or sole trader. Unlike a consumer, a corporate is operated by people who act on its behalf rather than by the entity itself. The corporate is registered by a legal representative — typically a director, officer, or someone with power of attorney — who becomes its root userRoot user The individual who creates the identity. Onboarding a corporate
